This involved encapsulating the full core section of the building while completing all friable asbestos removal, some detailed thought-out methodologies where designed to prop flooring and complete the demolition of the roof section with the right weights and equipment for the task.

We also used a small demolition robot to complete crush down 300mm slab section while we could only have two 2 tonne bins to load out and remove from roof by crane.

Other equipment for this project including a 1.6 tonne excavator, PT60 posi track, Husqvarna demolition robot, and a 60 tonne crane.
