CUB Projects was contracted to remove non-friable asbestos, gain independent clearance certificate, demolish the building, excavate cement / concrete and soil as out lined in the “Asbestos Inspection Report”, transport demolition, soil and cement waste to a licensed disposal site, track disposal of ACM contaminated waste, submit a report on the tracked material, refurbish the site as specified by the client.
